Brought to you by Garver Events, this free summer Friday concert invites you to relax on the Garver Patio with live music from local band The Reverberists. Alongside food and drinks from Garver’s tenants, a mix of food trucks will be serving on the patio, with offerings from Cafe Costa Rica, Mega Eggrolls, Kind Thailand, SOHO, and Jolly Frog. Seating is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. A full bar is on site, and outside food or beverages are not permitted. New this year, the Garver Lounge is offering a fish fry. If the weather does not cooperate, the performance shifts indoors to the Garver Lounge.

Art Cart EXTRA from the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art is back on the road with a free program at Fireman's Park. It offers art programs for children ages 3 and up who attend with a parent or guardian. Registration is not required.

PokeConnect Card Show brings Pokémon and trading card game fans together at East Towne Mall. Admission is free. Attendees can trade their collections with fellow enthusiasts, browse rare cards, sealed items, and unique collectibles from professional vendors, and connect with a community of collectors. Whether you are just starting out or have been collecting for years, the show provides a place to meet others, discover new finds, and celebrate the hobby.

Enjoy an evening of live music on the Kind Stage at the Sun Prairie Public Library. Admission is free, and all ages are welcome. Krause Family Band is the featured act with a one hour set. At the heart of the group are Katie, Ruthie, and their father Rick, who sing together and move among a variety of instruments. Paul Otteson and Gwendolyn Mae start the show with a 30 minute performance. Otteson, a Wisconsin songwriter, shares literature influenced, carefully crafted songs in an intimate chamber folk approach. Enjoy a nature-themed story with the Dane County Library System and a special visit from the Dream Bus. The group meets under the Oak Tree in front of the Heritage Center for a short reading, followed by a simple craft and the chance to check out books from the Dream Bus. Story time alternates weekly between English and Spanish, with programming rotating between bilingual Spanish and English weeks. Bring blankets, chairs, snacks, and anything else needed to stay comfortable. An adult chaperone must attend with children. This free program welcomes all ages, and no registration is required. If the weather is poor, the story time will be canceled.

Enjoy a trivia showdown at the outdoor Tiki Bar at Prairie Athletic Club. Friends and non-members are welcome, and it is free to play. Expect challenging questions alongside food and drinks available on site. Themes rotate throughout the season, including 2000s music, holidays, Disney and animal topics, geography, a carnival night, 80s music, and food. There are also occasional pop-up evenings where costumes are encouraged, with themes like Marvel from the MCU, Harry Potter, and a festive wrap-up that blends highlights from the summer.

Brews and Q's hosts taproom trivia in the Octopi taproom with more than 50 entertaining questions each game. It is free to participate, and prizes are awarded to the top three teams by the end of the night.

There will be complimentary live music on The Rock Garden patio. The space features a full service outdoor bar, five outdoor TVs, a large firepit, and bag boards for casual play. A full food menu is available, with service hours that differ on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Awildan hosts a traditional Irish session each Wednesday, a relaxed jam focused on instrumental Celtic dance tunes reminiscent of music circles in Ireland. This is not a formal band, but a community gathering that usually brings together about a dozen to fifteen local musicians. Listeners are welcome to enjoy the music, and supportive applause is appreciated by the players. Admission is free and all ages are welcome, with anyone under 21 required to attend with a parent or legal guardian.

Enjoy a free outdoor Qigong practice led by instructor Nancy Osley at the Village Square. This mindful movement class is simple to learn and welcomes a wide range of ages and fitness levels. Follow gentle, flowing sequences to ease tension, support deeper breathing, and improve flexibility while benefiting from fresh air. Sessions are held outdoors, weather permitting, and are open to participants ages 12 and older. Registration is not required.

Each Thursday, Awildan presents a general trivia night featuring original questions crafted for the venue, with a musical hint following every question. There is no cost to participate, and gift certificates to Awildan are awarded to the first and second place teams.

Starkweather Brewing presents Music Bingo with two themed games. It is free to participate, prizes are available, and beer is on tap. Participants are encouraged to use a smartphone during play, since this is bingo set to music rather than a trivia quiz. Music themes are provided by Dream Day Entertainment.
