This open Overeaters Anonymous meeting welcomes anyone interested in the program, including students, support people, and healthcare professionals. It takes place at the Ohio County Public Library in the Board Room located in the basement. The meeting room and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. Visitors are expected to respect the anonymity of participants, and information on visitor etiquette is available. Meetings do not occur when the library is closed.

Lunchtime brings live music to Centre Market as part of the Saturdays at the Market series. Pick up a meal from Centre Market businesses and settle into the courtyard between the two market houses to hear local musicians. This edition features Matt & Fran. The series is presented with support from Main Street Bank, The Stuckey Firm, Edward Jones, and the Wheeling-Ohio County CVB, and is sponsored by the City of Wheeling. Smoking is prohibited by order of the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Board. Alcohol is permitted in accordance with Public Outdoor Designated Area rules and regulations. Plans may change without notice, and in the event of inclement weather activities may be relocated, rescheduled, or cancelled.
