COSA CARES is offering a new recovery meeting for women, and it is free to attend.

A warm, inclusive drum circle at The Sanctuary, Jubilee Community Center brings people of all ages and musical backgrounds together to build shared rhythms, connect with others, and celebrate community through music. Participants may drop in for a portion or stay for the full session, and no prior experience is required... just curiosity and an open spirit. A limited number of drums, sticks, and shakers are available to borrow, and personal percussion is welcome, including sticks, shakers, small boxes, plastic bowls, or simply hands.
