Children can settle in at the library with Ella, a certified therapy dog, and read her a story. Readers take turns sharing aloud with Ella in the Children’s Library for a relaxed, cozy experience. Meetings take place on alternating Mondays and Wednesdays.

An interactive storytime designed for children ages 6 to 8, featuring lively tales that spark imagination and creativity. Participants can expect a fun, participatory experience centered on storytelling. Capacity and supplies are limited.

This effort is made possible by dedicated volunteers and support from Northwest Arkansas Food Bank, Central UMC, First UMC, and Bland Chapel Methodist of Rogers, Arkansas.

This teen-focused evening at Rogers Public Library is for ages 13 to 18 and features games, movies, and more. Updates will be shared as details are confirmed.

At Bentonville Square, this much loved community jam brings local players and anyone with an acoustic instrument together to make music while neighbors listen and connect. It is free to attend and open to all ages and skill levels. Participants may bring an acoustic instrument to play, or bring a lawn chair or blanket to relax and enjoy the music. The gathering is community led and supported by Downtown Bentonville Incorporated.

Ms. Ash and Ms. Inga lead a playful morning filled with goofy tunes, creative craft time, and lively read-alouds designed for children ages 2 to 5. Capacity and materials are limited.

Expect a wide range of houseplants and rare finds, carnivorous plants, artists and makers with botanical goods, and food available on site. The focus is to bring the regional plant community together, support local small businesses, and create a welcoming space for buying, selling, swapping, learning, or simply browsing.

Pit Ridge Rescue hosts a monthly weekend adoption event at the Best Friends Pet Resource Center, featuring rescue puppies ready for new homes. Visitors can spend time playing and having one-on-one meet and greets to get to know each pup’s personality. Team members will be available to explain the adoption process, share guidance on puppy care, and help match prospective adopters with a suitable companion. It offers a friendly setting to connect with adoptable dogs and learn what to expect when bringing a puppy home.
