Often called Human Reformer, this session takes the principles of traditional reformer training and reimagines them on the mat. With simple gear and lots of versatility, the format is creative and easy to adapt, delivering a head to toe workout that captures the feel and benefits of reformer practice without any bulky equipment.

It is open to those newly diagnosed, currently in treatment, living with metastatic cancer, or focusing on survivorship, and everyone in these circumstances is welcome. Presented by the Northwest Arkansas Center for Sexual Assault, UNBROKEN is an art gallery experience that highlights the resilience, creativity, and strength of survivors. In collaboration with Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and local artists, participants have taken part in healing-centered creative work and translated their stories into artworks. Admission is free and open to the public. Visitors can explore survivor-made pieces across multiple forms, including dance, poetry, pottery, painting, and embroidery. Guided by Joshua Beeney at Sacred Space Studio, this small group session introduces intentional breathing patterns and steady guidance that invite the body to let go and breathe more fully. Many participants report deep relaxation in the nervous system, emotional release with fresh clarity, a boost in energy and focus, a stronger connection to the body and intuition, and a renewed sense of calm and presence. At Bentonville Square, this much loved community jam brings local players and anyone with an acoustic instrument together to make music while neighbors listen and connect. It is free to attend and open to all ages and skill levels. Participants may bring an acoustic instrument to play, or bring a lawn chair or blanket to relax and enjoy the music. The gathering is community led and supported by Downtown Bentonville Incorporated.

Ms. Ash and Ms. Inga lead a playful morning filled with goofy tunes, creative craft time, and lively read-alouds designed for children ages 2 to 5. Capacity and materials are limited.

Monthly Social Night at Dance With Me Studio by Aura features a brief line dance class with a certified instructor followed by an evening of social dancing to Ballroom, Latin, and Country music. Each session highlights different styles and choreography to help participants build foot placement, timing, styling, patterns, and confidence. After the lesson, the floor stays lively with popular tunes, offering time to practice favorites like Waltz, Cha Cha, Swing, Salsa, and Two Step while meeting other dancers.
