In the 5K, awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in each age division: 8 and under, 9 to 10, 11 to 13, 14 to 17, 18 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 to 74, 75 to 79, and 80 and over. Before and after the race, a runner’s brunch will be available with granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, and similar refreshments.

Celebrate the launch of the Gundam Starter Decks ST11 to ST14 with a sealed-format event where players compete using decks built on the spot. The entry fee is $25, and every participant receives one Starter Deck from ST11 to ST14 to build and play. Registration is available through the Bandai app.

It is especially helpful for anyone who has not practiced cutting before, offering a clear way to understand body mechanics, proper structure, and the difference between hitting something and making a true cut. Participants with yearly or quarterly plans only pay for mats, at $10 per mat.

Pickleball sessions take place in the activity center at First United Methodist Church of Gilbert. All ages and skill levels are welcome, and no prior experience is required. Instruction is available and extra paddles are provided for those who need them. The focus is on friendly play and fellowship, and participants are welcome to bring a friend.
