    Wing Chun Seminar Fall 2026

    Mesa · Phantom AZ

A three-day Wing Chun intensive at Phantom AZ in Mesa, AZ brings together Sifu John F. DiVirgilio and Sifu Julio Ferrer for focused training that spans the art from advanced empty-hand skills to the rarely taught Baat Cham Dao double knives. With 105 years of combined experience and roots in distinct branches of the Ip Man family, this event offers concentrated instruction for practitioners who want to broaden skill and understanding. Sifu John F. DiVirgilio has trained since 1974 and brings more than 52 years of study. His lineage follows Ip Man to Wong Shun Leung to Yeun Yim Keung to DiVirgilio. He is a leading voice in the Wing Chun Parallel Swords Society, known for preserving and teaching the traditional knives system with historical context, technical clarity, and practical application. Sifu Julio Ferrer began in 1973 and contributes over 53 years of training and teaching. His lineage traces Ip Man to Leung Sheung to Ng Wah Sum to Chung Kwok Chow to Ferrer. As West Coast Director of Integrative Wing Chun, he connects classic principles to modern training, emphasizing structure, timing, sensitivity, efficient movement, and functional skill so students understand both how and why methods work. Across the three days, sessions alternate between empty-hand development led by Sifu Ferrer, including entries, Chi Sao, and progressive applications, and weapons training led by Sifu DiVirgilio, covering Baat Cham Dao, traditional blade concepts, applications and tactics, parallel swords theory, and advanced Wing Chun weapons. The fee is $200 and space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. There is no age restriction. Participants under 18 need parental permission, and anyone under 14 must attend with a parent or guardian. All experience levels are welcome. Purchases are nonrefundable, and if the seminar is cancelled by the hosts a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

    Phoenix Central Arizona Business Networking

    Phoenix · 1010 E Missouri Ave

Weekly networking for business owners, entrepreneurs, and influencers comes together through the iNET Phoenix Chapter, a local in-person group built on consistency and real relationships. It follows a structured yet flexible format where only one member represents each industry, attendance carries weight, and clear leadership sets expectations. A facilitator keeps each meeting focused on building dependable referral relationships, clearly explaining what you do and who you hope to meet, learning from fellow members and guest speakers, and strengthening trust through repeated connection. The emphasis is on presence and follow-through rather than casual drop-ins or numbers-driven sales tactics. Membership is anchored locally in Phoenix and the East Valley through a primary seat, with additional reach available via iNET Global Connect, iNET WOW Connect, and iNET Pura Vida Connect. Participation can also lead to speaking engagements, publishing opportunities, trainings, collaborations, and larger events across the iNET Alliance, which grow from contribution instead of quotas. Guests are welcome to visit up to two times to see whether this relationship-first approach is the right fit. The guiding idea is simple... show up consistently, build trust over time, and referrals become possible.

    Mesa Arizona Business Networking

    Mesa · 1925 S Sossaman Rd

The iNET Mesa Chapter brings together entrepreneurs, business owners, and influencers who want genuine, long-term business relationships in a local, in-person setting. It operates as a seat-based chapter serving Mesa and the East Valley, designed for professionals who value consistency and accountability over casual or surface-level networking. The format is well organized without feeling rigid. It is neither a casual drop-in group, an open Zoom room, nor a metrics-first sales club. What distinguishes this chapter is commitment, with one seat per industry, meaningful in-person attendance, clear leadership and expectations, and an emphasis on trust, follow-through, and referrals. This steady structure helps relationships deepen over time and creates the conditions where referrals and opportunities grow. Members meet weekly for a professionally facilitated session focused on building reliable referral relationships, clearly communicating what they do and the introductions they seek, learning from fellow members and featured speakers, and reinforcing trust through repeated interaction. Consistent presence is essential to how the chapter works. Members hold their primary seat locally while also having the option to broaden visibility through iNET Global Connect, iNET WOW Connect, and iNET Pura Vida Connect. These online groups extend reach and opportunity, while the Mesa Chapter remains the accountability home base. The chapter fits professionals who serve Mesa and the East Valley, want consistent, relationship-driven referrals, can commit to a weekly in-person meeting, appreciate structure without corporate pressure, and follow through on commitments. It is not intended for those who prefer drop-in networking, optional attendance, fast transactional wins, or who do not wish to commit to a seat. Guests may attend up to two meetings as non-members. A third visit requires either an active membership or a $25 drop-in fee per meeting. Former members whose membership has been inactive for six months or longer may attend as guests. Former members with less than six months inactive must either pay the $25 drop-in fee per meeting or reactivate or purchase a new membership before attending. The drop-in fee is $25 per person, per meeting and must be paid before entry. Payment can be made via online registration or through membership sign-up. Cash payments are not guaranteed and may be declined by facilitators. Advance registration is encouraged, and walk-ins are allowed only if capacity permits. Drop-in fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of how long a guest stays or participates. Active participation can also lead to broader opportunities across the iNET Alliance, including speaking engagements, publishing and authorship projects, educational sessions and trainings, collaborative ventures, and events at national and international levels. These opportunities arise from ongoing contribution and involvement rather than quotas.

    Intermediate Obedience Dog Training Class - 6 Weeks - 1 Hour- $250 - 10/31/26 - 8:30am

Glendale · Dos Lagos Park, 6250 W Utopia Rd

Designed for teams that have moved beyond basic manners and can stay focused around distractions, this intermediate six week dog training series builds skills in real world settings across Phoenix’s West and Central Valley. Sessions are one hour each and grow progressively more challenging as you move from quieter spaces to busier public areas. The curriculum reinforces core cues at a distance with both hand and voice signals while refining position changes and loose leash skills in crowded environments, including attention to Heel/Reel, pivots, and directional changes. Teams work on long line recalls amid distractions and explore advanced positions such as Front, Middle, Behind, Back Up, Weave, Spin or Twirl, Orbit, and Touch. Impulse control is strengthened through boundary work like Back, Place, and Wait, and there is focused practice on polite greetings, group walking, and leash safety protocols. Daily at home practice of 30 to 45 minutes is recommended for best results. Dogs should already be reliable with name response, sit, watch, stand, down, off, stay with a release, come, and non reactive leash manners around distractions, and they should be comfortable working near other dogs and people without excessive reactivity. Participants receive weekly location details, homework reminders, and class recaps by email and group text, starting in lower traffic spots and progressing to more stimulating environments. Pre registration is required, proof of current Rabies, Distemper or Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations is needed, and a liability form must be signed. A training packet is provided along with a complimentary treat training bag. The fee is 250 dollars, with the option to split the payment into two parts, half before the course begins and half at the end, and there is a buy one class, attend a second full class for free offer.
