Leucadia Listening Lounge offers a weekly meet-up where neighbors, friends, and music fans can slow down and take in thoughtfully curated live performances. Presented with Barn Time Music, an Encinitas production company that supports local artists and live shows, this free series spotlights a different musician each week at Haven Farm + Table. While the restaurant kitchen is closed, the bar serves drinks, and food from Huerta Taco Stand and Fox Point Pizza is available throughout the evening. A Taco Tuesday special features any three fresh tacos with a beer or select nonalcoholic beverage for $20. The atmosphere encourages relaxed listening, connection, and discovery within the local music community, and no RSVP is required.

Candlelight transforms Star Theatre with a warm glow for a live tribute to the music of Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole. Part of the Candlelight concert series, this multi-sensory experience pairs atmospheric lighting with beloved songs for an intimate concert in San Diego. This tribute has no affiliation with the artists, their estates, or official representatives, nor is it endorsed or sponsored by them. The planned set includes favorites such as Stardust, That's Life, Autumn Leaves, Unforgettable, When I Fall in Love, Smile, Come Fly with Me, New York, New York, My Way, Strangers in the Night, L-O-V-E, and Fly Me to the Moon, performed by Range Ensemble from San Diego. Guests must be at least 8 years old, and anyone under 16 must attend with an adult. The venue meets ADA accessibility standards. Seating within each zone is assigned in order of arrival.

The Manny Cepeda Orchestra delivers high energy salsa led by Puerto Rican composer and arranger Manny Cepeda. Recognized on Pandora and Spotify in 2018, with music later added to Apple Music and YouTube Music in 2020, the ensemble performs in several formats, including the popular 11 piece MCO band noted for professional, standout performances. Cepeda’s albums Roots/Raices and Padre Querido feature original lyrics and arrangements that pay homage to his musical roots, honoring the guidance of his uncle Rafael Cepeda and the legacy of his father, barber and musician Don Leonides Rivera. Since 2010, his ongoing Salsa Under the Stars concerts have brought live salsa to public spaces around San Diego, with the quartet’s core featuring Aico Simon, Andy Fraguela, and Henry “Kiko” Jimenez. This free event is presented with support from the City of Escondido, the County of San Diego, the Linden Root Dickinson Foundation, and The Prebys Foundation.

California Center for the Arts, Escondido presents an evening of traditional Irish music and dance featuring Téada with Rose Academy of Irish Dance. Originating from Ireland and dedicated to the roots of the tradition, Téada performs with a six-member lineup that has headlined major festivals across North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Australia. The program unfolds in the theater in downtown Escondido, bringing music and dance together on one stage.

Doors of Change marks 25 years of serving youth and young adults experiencing homelessness with a special Concert of Hope at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido. The Pettybreakers, billed as the ultimate Tom Petty tribute band, will perform in support of the organization. Tickets start at $29, and thanks to corporate sponsors, every ticket purchase directly supports the mission of Doors of Change.
