    Summer Teen Group Therapy Workshops

Quail Lakes Community Counseling, 1833 W March Ln, Stockton · verified Aug 7
    See details

Quail Lakes Community Counseling offers weekly, in-person group workshops for teens ages 13 to 17. Each session stands on its own, so there is no weekly commitment and participants can drop in when it works for them. Facilitated by associate clinicians under the supervision of a licensed therapist, the group explores themes such as understanding emotions, navigating friendships, managing stress, and recognizing personal strengths. Activities include art, movement, music, games, and real conversation, with no lectures or grading. Teens also take a deeper look at identity, build self-awareness, practice communication and boundary setting, and develop practical tools for handling life’s challenges. The fee is $35 per session, with bundle options and a full-series discount available. Space is limited to support meaningful connection, and a brief screening call is required to register. After registering, follow-up documentation is provided by phone and email. Insurance is accepted from Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Plan of San Joaquin, Magellan, MHN, Optum or United Healthcare, VA, Adventist Health, and Beacon or Carelon. For more information, call 209-954-1311.
