CalPride Stanislaus and La Familia present a workshop that meets twice each month to center the lived experiences of neurodivergent LGBTQ+ adults. It offers a welcoming environment for candid conversation, shared stories, learning, and building connections. Discussions explore topics such as masking, identity development, relationships, mental health and well-being, advocating for oneself, working through institutions and services, and life at the intersection of queerness and neurodivergence in adulthood. This free program is open to community members ages 18 and up, whether you are newly exploring neurodivergence, have personal experience, support someone who is neurodivergent, or want to deepen your understanding. A welcoming art space for ages 16 and up offers time to create and connect in community. Some gatherings feature guidance from local artists, while others function as open studio time so participants can work at their own pace. Bring your own supplies for personal projects, or explore the selection of donated materials to start something new. All experience levels are welcome in this low pressure environment at CalPride Stanislaus.

Spend over $10 and choose a free item, with more complimentary picks added as your total increases. Expect a wide variety of finds, including clothing, appliances, electronics, cookware, dolls, shoes, baby essentials, and furniture. Prices are kept low, and reasonable offers are welcome.

Mark the 40th Edible Extravaganza, the signature fundraiser for Center for Human Services, at Modesto Centre Plaza. This culinary celebration supports vital programs that serve families across Stanislaus County, including youth shelter and housing, family resource centers, and behavioral health services. Explore tastes from more than 50 vendors accompanied by music, raffles, and other festivities. General Admission is $70 and includes access to the full tasting experience. VIP Admission is $125 and features early entry with a champagne reception along with exclusive access to the VIP Room and VIP Sky Lounge. Every ticket contributes to changing lives and building brighter futures in the community.

A 12 week support and study group for women, guided by Marsha Means, MA’s workbook From Betrayal Trauma to Healing & Joy for partners of sex addicts. The group explores issues that arise when betrayal has disrupted a life or marriage and provides space for honest conversation. In a supportive environment, participants share experiences, process personal pain, realize they are not alone, and take first steps toward healing.

Enjoy a relaxed Paint Party at Rivets American Grill, guided by Artist Linsey. Create your own piece on a 16x20 canvas, and feel free to pick up a beverage before painting begins. The price is $30 per person, and food or beverages are not included with the reservation. All materials are supplied, including easels, canvas, brushes, palettes, acrylic paints, and aprons. Acrylic paint can stain clothing, so consider wearing something you do not mind getting a bit of color on. This event is for ages 21 and older. A minimum of 10 participants is required for the session to go forward; if that number is not met, it may be rescheduled or canceled and a credit or refund will be offered. If you cannot attend after paying, or if a private event is rescheduled and you can no longer make it, you may send a friend in your place or receive a credit toward another paint event that is open to the public. The sixth annual golf tournament in support of the Lodi Animal Services Foundation takes place at Elkhorn Golf & Country Club and features a full day on the course with breakfast and a barbecue lunch included. Teams will play a four-player scramble and can also take part in a raffle and silent auction. On-course challenges include longest drive, closest to the pin, a putting contest, and a hole-in-one opportunity with prizes. Entry is $150 per golfer, and proceeds support lifesaving programs, enrichment, and care for animals in the community.

The San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce presents the 24th Annual Golf Tournament at Stockton Golf & Country Club. This long-running gathering highlights golf, relationship building, community spirit, and on-course fun. The event welcomes participation from players and supporters, with options to play, connect, or back the tournament through sponsorship. A fundraising gala dinner in Stockton supports Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Karachi. The event takes place at The Palms Stockton and focuses on raising funds for this cause. Eraserhead follows Henry Spencer as he tries to cope with an industrial landscape, a furious girlfriend, and the agonizing cries of his newborn mutant child.

There is no cost to register, and the event has official support from the city.

JSTSTANCE Modesto presents a family friendly car showcase at John Thurman Field, filling the ballpark with over 300 show cars. Vehicles will be staged around the field, inside the ballpark, and in the outside parking lot to create an all-around display. Children 12 and under receive free admission. Buying tickets early provides savings.

The Manteca DU Conservation Dinner features a steak dinner and drinks, along with games, giveaways, and auctions. Tickets and VIP tables are available. Every ticket includes dinner, a DU membership, and a door gift.
