The intention is to challenge stigma and redefine strength through community and connection. The group is facilitated by Taylor, who is not a licensed mental health professional but helps guide discussion and cultivates a space where participants offer one another support, feedback, and practical pathways forward by drawing on their diverse experiences and perspectives. Taylor is a small business owner and an advocate for self-development and mental health awareness. His own journey with depression, anxiety, and alcoholism informs his commitment to creating a safe, open place for men to grow, heal, and thrive.
