Downtown Milford comes alive with a summer sidewalk sale presented by the Downtown Milford Business Association. Explore more than 30 vendors offering flowers, sustainable clothing, baby accessories, home decor, pet items, art, and artisan foods. Food trucks serve breakfast and brunch options, coffee and matcha, ice cream, gluten free treats, smoothies, BBQ, and other seasonal favorites. Live music from local performers adds to the atmosphere while you shop. Special activities include pet adoptions, cooking demonstrations, and conversations with agriculture experts. Children are at the heart of the experience through the Piglets Club, which teaches healthy eating and agriculture and gives kids $1 tokens to choose their own fruits and vegetables, plus hands on market days with storytime, farm animal visits, face painting, and even kids running vendor booths. Get ready for a free afternoon of nonstop energy at the 94.3 WYBC Day Party, featuring a live performance by R&B singer Peter Cestaro. Hosted by Darryl Huckaby with music by DJ Platinum, this 21+ event includes premium cocktails, dancing, and an outside patio with hookah and food available for sale. Dress in your best summer attire, bring your friends, and come mingle for a fun day of music and vibes. RSVP is required, even though admission is free.

An outdoor Sunday market on the Upper New Haven Green brings together more than 20 vendors offering cottage foods and handmade art. The Trumbull, Connecticut group is led by the Brothers Schod (Jay, Chris, and Eric) and has spent nearly two decades shaping a signature blend of purebred American rock. Energetic shows, strong harmonies, and varied setlists have earned the band fans across the East Coast. The Downtown Bridgeport Farmers Market returns to McLevy Green with a weekly mix of farm-fresh produce, ready-to-enjoy lunches, artisan creations, community resources, and live entertainment. The season opens with a cooking demonstration by Chef Raquel Rivera of A Pinch of Salt, performances by local musicians, offerings from neighborhood vendors, and hands-on art experiences with cARTie, the Art Museum Bus. Live music continues each week, and additional cooking demonstrations with Chef Raquel and Deja Smith of Khemi’s Vegan Cuisine are scheduled on select dates. Shoppers can look for regular food vendors such as Killam & Bassette Farmstead, Betzy’s Latin Cuisine, Khemi’s Vegan Cuisine, and Natural Juice, along with artisans including Destinie Designs, Kiffy Naturals, Rico Suave Accessories, and The She Shed. Through a partnership with the Bridgeport Farmers Market Collaborative, the Bridgeport Bucks Program helps make healthy food more accessible by providing coupons that can be used to purchase fruits and vegetables at farmers markets across the city. Businesses and organizations buy these Bucks to give as incentives or rewards. The market accepts SNAP/EBT, WIC, and Farmers Market Nutrition Program checks, as well as cash, credit, and debit. An incentive match is available so every dollar spent with SNAP at the market becomes two dollars toward fresh produce.

Family Night returns to Park City Music Hall with karaoke and trivia for all ages, hosted by John Torres. The event begins with open karaoke, moves into one long round of family trivia, then continues with more karaoke. Prizes include Harborview cookies. A full bar and kitchen are on site offering craft cocktails, a variety of bites, and a kids menu. The kitchen starts service at opening and stays available until the Kitchen Open light is turned off.
