If conditions allow, the route may extend to Charles Island for a brief stop to snack or swim, followed by a peaceful return under moonlight with the sounds of the sea all around. This experience is for experienced paddlers only. A hands-free light is required and can be reserved in advance, such as a headlamp, deck lighting, a lantern, or a Luci light. Participants bringing their own boat must wear a personal flotation device, carry a whistle, and have proper lighting. Reservations are required and space is limited. Refined Canines in the REAL WORLD offers an intermediate training meetup for dogs that have completed a Basic Canine Life Skills course, giving teams a chance to practice in real-world environments. Celebrate Columbus Day weekend with The Other Four as they blend a planned jam with friends into their usual set. Odissi explores themes of love and union between the human and the divine, drawing audiences into realms of the mystical and the sacred. This presentation features the 2007 Final Cut of the multiple Academy Award-nominated noir thriller set in a dystopian future, following former police officer Rick Deckard as he returns to track four escaped Replicants on Earth and faces deeper questions after meeting Rachel, a Replicant who believes she is human. The music’s sweeping synthesizers and atmospheric textures helped redefine electronic scoring in cinema and became inseparable from the film’s mood and imagery. Following its North American premiere, Blade Runner Live in Concert begins its first U.S. tour, bringing image and sound together in a powerful way. All ages are welcome.
