Season 19 Community Build Day #1

Niceville · Geek Lights on the Corner, 201 Antiqua Way

    Free

This Community Build Day focuses on assembling the Geek Lights show for its 19th season, celebrating a festive mix of lights, fun, and a joyful birthday celebration for Jesus. Attendees learn what goes on behind the scenes while everything needed is provided, including snacks, drinks, and a full lunch. No experience is required, and tasks avoid heavy lifting, climbing, and technical work. Participants may stay for a short time or for longer, since the emphasis is friendly fellowship and contributing a few hours to a project that will welcome thousands of visitors during the upcoming season. Teens can have their Community Service forms signed. There is also a chance to meet The Geek and Spouse Peripheral and hear early insights about this year’s display, with all supplies and refreshments covered. Those planning to attend are asked by the organizers to mark their intention on Facebook to help with food planning and to send a message if bringing guests. Questions are welcome.
