    At Ferry Park Disc Golf Course, The Global brings disc golfers together for a single day of play with impact that extends far beyond the leaderboard. This PDGA sanctioned C Tier is part of a coordinated worldwide tournament where players compete locally while contributing to a shared global identity that supports expanding access to the sport. Participation benefits the Paul McBeth Foundation and its mission to build sustainable disc golf opportunities in communities with little or no access to the game. The competition uses a two round shotgun start. In Round 1, MPO, FPO, MA40, MA50, MA1, FA1, MA2, MJ18, FJ18, and MJ15 play Short Pad to Long Basket, while FA40, FA50, MA60, FA60, MA70, FA70, FA2, MA3, FA3, MA4, FA4, FJ15, MJ12, FJ12, MJ10, FJ10, MJ08, and FJ08 play Short Pad to Short Basket. In Round 2, MPO, FPO, MA40, MA50, MA1, FA1, and MA2 play Long Pad to Long Basket, FA40, FA50, MA60, FA2, and MA3 play Short Pad to Long Basket, and FA60, MA70, FA70, FA3, MA4, FA4, FJ15, MJ12, FJ12, MJ10, FJ10, MJ08, and FJ08 play Short Pad to Short Basket. Further layout information for this event will be announced soon. Amateur entrants receive a player pack valued at more than $80 that includes two premium custom stamped discs from Dynamic Discs and Discraft, a The Global branded Disc Golf Pin, a commemorative Brixton disc golf card, a full color Duo Towel from Soar Disc Golf, Paul McBeth Foundation stickers, and a donation to the foundation. For professional divisions, $35 goes to payouts, $8 covers event expenses, and $7 is donated to the Paul McBeth Foundation. Players take part in a professionally run event with results reflected on a worldwide leaderboard on the PDGA site, and the top ten finishers globally in each division receive a custom trophy shipped to them. The day offers a premium player experience, connects competitors around the world on the same date, and directly helps introduce disc golf to new communities. The Global is presented in partnership with the Professional Disc Golf Association, with support from Dynamic Discs, Discraft, Disc Golf Pins, Brixton, and Soar Disc Golf to create a unified tournament experience and advance the sport’s growth worldwide.
