Downing, the guitarist and songwriter who co-founded Judas Priest and performed with them for 40 years. A Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee with a 2018 autobiography and the album The Sinner Rides Again, he carries forward his distinctive twin-guitar ethos and lifelong dedication to metal as the group appears alongside fellow legends W.A.S.P.
