Oliver Hazard brings its indie-folk storytelling and harmonies to Evanston SPACE. The Waterville, Ohio trio features Michael Belazis and Devin East on vocals and guitar, joined by Nate Miner on keys and vocals. One member came back to Ohio after leading camping trips in California and set out to make an album with two childhood friends. A Facebook raffle granted a single-song studio session, yet they performed the entire record straight through in one take, becoming their 2018 debut LP, 34 N River. The Fader praised the release as a standout in folk-pop, and soon the band appeared at Bonnaroo and Mountain Jam. In 2019 they followed with The Flood, a six-song EP that Billboard described as a souvenir. Their self-titled second album arrived in July 2023, combining music from the earlier Northern Lights EP with five new tracks, and the Raindrop River EP landed in December 2024. Their songs lift spirits and find beauty in everyday moments, carrying the heart of Waterville into each performance.

For nearly two decades she has shared her voice and violin around the world with the intention of creating art and experiences that heal, uplift, and nourish the spirit. Now based in California, she continues to lead live gatherings and sound bath experiences alongside concerts and retreats. Her collaborative work spans artists such as Deva Premal and Miten, Jai Uttal, Krishna Das, Snatam Kaur, and Gaura Vani, as well as Willow Smith on the EP Rise in 2020. Her latest album, Into the Forest, was released in 2024.

The ensemble features Shauncey Ali on fiddle, Nicholas Vanhaute on mandolin, Hans Holzen on acoustic guitar, and David Havas on upright bass. Ali is a RockyGrass fiddle champion, has performed with Peter Gabriel at Summerfest, created theme music for an Ambie-nominated podcast, and runs his own fiddle school, MadFiddle.

Indradeep Ghosh, often called the Prince of the Violin, is a leading Indian classical violinist and a pioneering voice of the Maihar Gharana. He brings a distinctive sound using a custom five-string violin and a viola fitted with eight sympathetic strings, instruments inspired by the Norwegian Hardanger fiddle that create a rich, resonant tone. An “A” grade artist with All India Radio, he appears regularly on national radio and television in India and tours widely around the world. His recordings span classical and fusion, including Tribute to Miyan Tansen on Viola, recognized as the first commercial viola album released by an Indian violinist. He also contributed to Melodic Intersect: One Vision, which received an Akademia Music Award in January 2016 in Los Angeles.
