Visiting weekly helps the team learn more about your household so they can connect you with additional Care Center programs and services. Reservations are encouraged to help manage traffic, though walk-ins are welcomed. No documentation is required for an initial visit, so there is no need to bring ID, bills, or pay stubs. The pantry is open to anyone who lives or works in Hamilton County and to residents of the northern part of Marion County. When you arrive on the Grace Church campus, follow the entry drive to the north side, park in the large lot, and enter through the Care Center entrance at Door 18, marked with bright green signs. Head down the hallway to the waiting room to check in, where team members will greet you. A personal shopper will accompany you through the store to help you find what you need. After you finish selecting groceries, pull up your car and volunteers will load everything for you. Guests may use the Care Center once per week.
