A native of Clarksdale, Mississippi, Ingram first turned heads as a teenager and has since earned international acclaim. His debut, Kingfish, led Billboard’s Blues Albums chart for 91 weeks and brought his first GRAMMY nomination along with three Blues Music Awards, including Album of the Year. The follow-up, 662, captured the GRAMMY and the Blues Music Award for Best Contemporary Blues Album.
