Ninja Team Tryouts offer a path for youth athletes who have completed Level 1 to pursue team placement across five age groups: 6–8, 9–10, 11–12, 13–14, and 15–17. Evaluations include strength stations such as pullups, box jumps, and deadhangs, followed by a course that measures skill, problem solving, and adaptability. You may attend one or multiple sessions, and the best overall score will count. The Ninja Conditioning Camp returns with a focused training experience for young athletes who already practice the sport of ninja. Participants spend dedicated time in the gym tackling age-specific obstacles while building conditioning and technique with coach guidance. The day features a comprehensive workout targeting upper and lower body strength, agility, core, cardio and grip, followed by obstacle conditioning, technique practice, and skill development. The flow includes check in and bag drop, a warmup, group conditioning, a lunch break, obstacle technique and practice, rock climbing, ninja and climbing games, course runs, and a guided open gym with coach support and pickup. This camp is intentionally challenging, with intensity scaled by age, and is recommended for kids who have trained in ninja for at least a year with a qualified coach. All fitness and stretching programming is created by Certified Personal Trainer Jenny, and obstacle curricula are developed and overseen by Certified Coach and Ninja Athlete Dave. Pricing options include $215 for the first child and $180 for the second for all three days, or $75 for a single day.

Designed for children ages 5 to 9, this summer camp blends ninja-style obstacle training with rock climbing, group challenges, and team activities. Each day combines guided instruction with time to explore independently so participants can build confidence, stay active, and have fun with friends. Families can register for one day or all three. A typical day includes check in and bag drop, a warm up with a name game and camp guidelines, obstacle instruction, open gym time, a team challenge, a snack break with more open gym, a featured event or game, and pickups.

The 15th Annual Back-to-School Celebration at TD Garden helps students head into a new school year with confidence. Families are invited inside the arena to access essential resources such as backpacks, school supplies, winter coats, and more before returning to the classroom. Registration is required and space is limited. Last year, 3,500 Boston-area families received support through a collaboration with TD Garden, The Salvation Army Massachusetts Division, and The City of Boston, and the goal is to continue that impact. Over the past decade, TD Garden in the Community has donated more than 56,000 backpacks to the Greater Boston community. Sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are available for those interested in supporting the event.

This series at Thomas Crane Public Library offers parents and caregivers of pre-crawling infants a supportive place to connect and build community. Each meeting opens with a brief grounding practice and continues with a facilitated conversation about shared experiences, along with time for open discussion in a judgment-free setting. Simple stress management strategies are introduced to support everyday well-being. Registration is required and the program runs across four sessions, with participants asked to attend the full series. This offering is limited to parents and caregivers with pre-crawling infants, and siblings are not included. It is funded through the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement grant to the Quincy Braintree Family Network from the Department of Early Education and Care. Get hands-on with a festive dumpling making experience at Patty Chen's Dumpling School. In a relaxed, party-style format, participants ages 8 and up spend two and a half hours learning essential techniques including rolling and folding wrappers, properly filling them with different fillings, shaping a variety of dumplings, and cooking them. All skill levels are welcome, creating an easygoing setting for families and friends to learn together. Attendance is limited to 16 people to keep the experience personal. For children’s groups, one adult is required for every five children to stay for the full session and that adult will need a ticket. Ingredients are provided.
