    🏍️ZMG Ride to MT Washington🏔️, NH 🦅🔥

Boston, Boston, Massachusetts, Estados Unidos, Massachusetts
    See details

This ZMG group ride traces a scenic route from Revere to the summit of Mount Washington, with an organized plan that prioritizes comfort and safety. The ride begins at a Shell station in Revere, then moves north with scheduled stops about every hour and twenty minutes to regroup, refuel, stretch, and take restroom breaks. A mandatory tank fill takes place in North Conway before the climb, followed by the ascent on the Mount Washington Auto Road. At the summit, riders obtain passes, enjoy a light lunch at the visitor center, take official group photos, and rest. Weather at the top can shift quickly, so a warm jacket or windbreaker is recommended. The return features a careful descent using engine braking in low gears, with additional gas and stretch breaks in Center Ossipee and Dover. The route wraps up in the Boston area, where the formation disperses and participants continue home via their preferred exits. Safety guidelines include starting with a full tank, riding single file with proper spacing on the mountain, maintaining a steady pace, and avoiding passing on curves, with an emphasis on leaving and returning as a group.
