Designed for newcomers to aerial yoga, this foundations workshop at Flying Buddha Studio introduces the aerial hammock as a supportive prop and builds skills for a safe practice. Attendees learn core terminology, wrist wraps, proper hammock placement, approaches to inversions, and essential safety guidelines. The session also explains how the studio’s different aerial yoga classes compare, helping attendees choose their next step with confidence.
