Genesee County’s only horror film festival returns to Flint Local 432 with a full day of short films from around the world. The 20th Annual Outreach East Duck Race takes place along Black Creek at Jack Abernathy Regional Park in Davison, located behind Hahn Middle School off M-15. A field of 1,000 ducks will dash downstream for cash awards while proceeds help Outreach East provide food and essential resources to families in the community. Top finishers earn $250 for first, $150 for second, and $75 for third, with extra consolation prizes also available. Only 1,000 ducks can be adopted and they may sell out. Adoptions are $5 per duck and can be made at Outreach East or online. Winners must be present to claim prizes.
