The museum grounds are open daily. No registration is required. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and students, and free for museum members. In the TPL Story & Craft Room, participants work together to open the box and release the treats. A library card is required, and registration must be completed through the Troy Public Library online calendar. This is an official City of Troy, Troy Public Library program, and Facebook RSVPs do not count as registration. This event is for children in grades 4 to 6, with ages and grades strictly enforced. To support a successful experience for everyone, children who are not in the designated range will be turned away at the door. In accordance with the library’s unattended child policy, all children age 11 and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver who remains in the building for the duration of the program.

KultureCity sensory bags, stocked with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and visual cue cards, are available to borrow at Customer Care, the 4D Theater, and the Park Safety Office. Weighted lap pads and glasses to help with strobe effects can be requested. A dedicated indoor quiet area is available near the wolf habitat for those seeking a more secure, low-stimulation space.
