Race #4 in the MNRCPLR On-Road Series takes place at the Road Rash location. The schedule includes a practice session, a registration deadline, and the official start of racing.

Players can take part in a Yugioh tournament using the Advanced Constructed format with a $10 entry fee. Each participant is guaranteed two OTS prize packs, and every match win in a round awards another pack. The tournament runs three to four rounds, with a fourth round added when there are nine or more players. Prize support is paid out in OTS packs and booster packs.
