Whether you are new to yoga or already practice regularly, this session offers a welcoming space to stretch, breathe, and reset. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water. Plan to arrive a little early to get settled and take in the surroundings. Open to the public and a simple way to connect with the community.

OBX Silent Disco brings a playful twist to trivia with Soundbites, blending music bingo with music knowledge challenges. Instead of numbers, bingo cards list song titles and artists across themes like 70s disco, 80s movie soundtracks, and old school hip hop. A DJ plays short clips, participants mark their squares when they recognize the track or performer, and the first to complete a line earns bragging rights and prizes. This event is free.

A yoga class takes place at the Nags Head Woods Visitors Center. Fifty-five percent of proceeds benefit the Nature Conservancy of NC to support maintenance of Nags Head Woods Preserve. The class fee is $12, with options available if the price is not affordable.

Craft a radiant resin sun catcher in a hands-on workshop at Artsy Octopus OBX in Nags Head, led by Don Greer. Using translucent resin and vibrant crushed glass inspired by coastal colors, participants personalize a laser cut design and create a window-ready piece that catches the light. Choose a motif such as a dolphin, butterfly, ocean wave, coastal sunrise, dragonfly, hummingbird, or seahorse, then select favorite colors to make it your own. The class is beginner friendly, all materials are provided, and step by step guidance is included, offering an easy, creative experience for both visitors and locals. Everyone finishes with a handcrafted sun catcher ready to brighten any sunny window.

Phil Watson brings live music to Shipwrecks Taphouse & Grill. Cold drinks, food, and a Prime Rib special are on hand as the set creates a relaxed way to ease into the evening.

Riftbound brings quick-moving matches in head-to-head, pod play, and 2v2 formats, taking its cues from League of Legends. The focus is on short, energetic games that keep the action flowing. New players are welcome, with on-site staff ready to teach the basics and help get the first matches underway.

DND - Mayfield Adventures welcomes families and first-timers in a friendly setting. Admission is $12 per person.

Karaoke takes over 1903 Bar & Kitchen with DJ Gustavo on the decks, setting an upbeat vibe for singers and sing-along fans alike. Expect drink specials, plenty of familiar favorites to choose from, and easygoing moments to take a turn at the mic or cheer for others. It is a lively way to enjoy music, refreshments, and a spotlight moment whenever the mood strikes.

This free bird walk explores Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, which hosts nearly 400 bird species that live in or migrate through the area. The relaxed stroll follows North Pond and is suitable for beginners and experienced birders. Bring binoculars and a field guide if you can, along with sunscreen and insect repellent. A limited supply of binoculars and field guides will be available to borrow. Walks run throughout the year, except during the Wings Over Water Wildlife Festival in October and December. Participants meet at the refuge visitor center.

SeaScape Golf and Turf's Up OBX have partnered on a youth golf program led by certified PGA instructor Dan O'Boyle, Director of Golf at SeaScape. Children learn the basics of the game while building coordination and motor skills that support long-term development. Opportunities are available through December at both SeaScape and Turf's Up OBX.
