This hands-on painting night focuses on loosening up, using bold color theory, and discovering how simplified shapes and expressive hues can convey symbolism and spirit. Santa Fe artists Laura Tarnoff and Mickey Bond guide a step-by-step process that includes building dramatic contrast, blending rich primary colors, layering paint, exaggerating muscular curves, and emphasizing light against deep shadow to highlight the harmony between nature and the human imagination. No prior experience is required. All materials are provided, and wine with light snacks is included. You are welcome to bring a favorite beverage or treat. The session takes place at Artful Soul: Creative Experiences in Santa Fe, located on the ground floor at the back of the Santa Fe Village Mall. For evening classes, parking is available in the mall lot with a provided dashboard sign, or you may choose nearby street parking or the Water Street Parking lot. Class size is limited to 12 participants. Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred.

This second installment of the tribute to Antonio Carlos Jabim features the new ensemble Brasil '26 with Eliana Joy on vocals, Alex Murzyn on sax, Russ Scanlon on guitar, Bert Dalton on piano, Joe Chellman on drums, Gordy Johnson on bass, and Nicolas Lebron on percussion. Joshua Ray Walker brings his Country and Americana songwriting to Meow Wolf Santa Fe for an all ages performance. The Dallas native is known for vivid, character centered narratives delivered with a distinctive tenor that blends Texas roots with a contemporary emotional edge. Since his 2019 debut, he has appeared on national television, performed at the Grand Ole Opry multiple times, and logged more than two thousand shows across the United States and Europe. His sixth album, Ain’t Dead Yet, marks a deeply personal turn, created across the span of cancer treatment, including sessions recorded right before lung surgery that could have changed his voice. Built around pedal steel, fiddle, and his trademark guitar work, these songs explore mortality, gratitude, memory, and transformation, meeting uncertainty with grit, clarity, and hard earned joy. Throughout his catalog he remains dedicated to truth telling, even when it is difficult, and this release carries that approach into a story of change and a second chance. The event is all standing. Advance tickets are $25 plus fees, with day of show pricing at $30 plus fees, and there will be a member presale followed by a general on sale. Parking is available at the venue. Alcohol is served, and outside food or drink is not permitted. For safety, prohibited items include backpacks and oversized bags, laptops or tablets, bulky coats, umbrellas, luggage, strollers, skateboards, and professional recording equipment. This all-ages performance takes place at Unit B. Premium Seating is limited. The venue offers ADA access, on-site parking, and full bar service, and outside food or drink is not permitted. Dinner reservations are recommended, especially for parties of three or more, to help the venue arrange tables, and guests with Premium Seating should mention it when reserving.
