Bellville 121-Acre Absolute Farm and Property Auction

    Bellville · 81 Honey Creek Rd E

A 121 acre absolute auction in the Bellville area features both real estate and personal property, highlighted by a gentlemen’s farm setting with rolling pasture, tillable fields, wooded tracts, and multiple building sites. The real estate will be offered in nine parcels with two combination options, and everything sells to the highest bidder through a live auction with an online bidding option. In addition to land and buildings, equipment, household items, and other personal property will be included. Parcel 1 is approximately 11.4 acres with a brick Cape Cod home built in 1963, about 1,878 square feet, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, and an attached two car garage. Three outbuildings provide flexible space, including a 30 by 60 enclosed pole building for machinery, a 24 by 60 three sided structure suited for livestock or equipment, and a 25 by 27 lean to for added storage or small animals. The setup previously supported cattle and can be readied again for livestock. Parcel 2 is about 9.8 acres that climbs to the farm’s high point, then levels out with wide views and a choice homesite, currently in hay. Parcels 3 and 4 are each roughly five acres of rolling tillable ground with a wooded backdrop, fitting for a home or to add acreage to an operation. Parcel 5 spans about 26.5 acres of quality timber and varied terrain that creates natural wildlife corridors, and a local assessment estimated approximately 120,000 dollars in timber value on trees 12 inches and larger. Parcels 6, 7, and 8 are three tracts of around 5.5 acres each, predominantly level and tillable for straightforward construction or to be combined for more acreage. Parcel 9 totals roughly 47 acres, largely wooded with an open interior area well suited for food plots, offering strong habitat for wildlife. Parcels 1 through 5 will also be available as a combination, and parcels 6 through 8 will be offered together. The property is in Jefferson Township within the Clear Fork Local School District. Terms include a non refundable 10 percent deposit from the successful buyer at the close of bidding, with the balance due at closing within 60 days. A 10 percent buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid to determine the purchase price, and all inspections should be completed before bidding.

    D&D Weekly Play

Ashland · The Eldritch Bastion, 1010 Hedstrom Dr

D&D with Joe features a flexible drop in and drop out campaign. Bring a third level character and step into a grim, politically tangled realm built entirely from sweets. Characters take on reckless errands for rival houses, outmaneuver villainous sovereigns, and vie for influence or even a chance at the candied throne. Play centers on gathering resources and weaving them into intricate plans, breaching seemingly impregnable defenses, and steering a fractured kingdom to your advantage. The table spotlights eccentric settings and strange personalities while also uncovering the reasons these heroes dare such risks, gradually revealing their origins and the dark, chocolate-hearted truths of the world. The overarching storyline points toward an attempt to depose the Sucrosian Overlord. Expect a secretive, paranoid mood with opportunities for betrayal, encouraging surprising ideas that still fit the logic of the setting. Though the vibe can be kitschy and gonzo, consequences are severe, and a slight today can invite an ambush later. Space is limited to seven participants. Reality Fractured Commander League

Ashland · The Eldritch Bastion, 1010 Hedstrom Dr

This Commander league spotlights a Reality Fracture theme with a Parallel Reality twist, where legendary creatures can partner if they represent the same Magic character across different versions. Pairings like two iterations of Kaalia, or Ghoulcaller Gisa with Gisa and Geralf, are valid. Lore-based identities such as Akroma with Jeska, as well as Urza with The Blind Seer, also qualify. Commanders from Universes Beyond are not permitted, though cards from those products can still appear in the 99. This includes properties like The Lord of the Rings and Dungeons and Dragons. Each partner card must be a legal commander by itself, so creatures and any planeswalkers that are normally allowed as commanders are fine, while lands and noncreature artifacts are not. Existing partner cards are allowed only when both partners are the same character. For this season, the usual EDHREC popularity cap is suspended. A small ban list applies to specific characters and groups. Atraxa is not allowed. All Praetors are excluded, including Elesh Norn, Jin-Gitaxias, Sheoldred, Urabrask, and Vorinclex. All Eldrazi Titans are banned, including Emrakul, Ulamog, and Kozilek. Jodah is not permitted. Two color versions of Niv-Mizzet are not allowed, while five color versions are fine. Deck construction follows a $100 budget that excludes the commander and basic lands, encouraging creative pairings without exhausting the budget on a marquee legend. Gameplay aims for Bracket 2, casual and social matches with no game-warping engines, no two card infinite combos, no fast combo lines, no chaining extra turns, and no mass land destruction. Expect games to reach at least turn eight. This league is not a venue for cEDH, even on a budget. The focus is a friendly environment that values enjoyable tables over oppressive lines. Build with the theme in mind, keep power in check, and remember that players will face each other across multiple games. If a matchup feels unpleasant, it is acceptable to sit out that pairing. The league spans eight weeks and centers on celebrating the spirit of Reality Fracture.
