Studios from across the Cleveland area gather on the lakefront at Voinovich Bicentennial Park for North Coast Namaste, now in its twelfth season. This complimentary 45 minute class offers traditional, multilevel yoga suitable for all ages in a welcoming setting. Event participants can park at Dock Lot 30 and 32 at no cost by displaying the required Dashboard Credential, which becomes available to print after registration. The series is part of Downtown Cleveland, Inc.'s Summer Series.

Celebrate the spooky season with the inaugural Haunted Harbor Pooch Parade, hosted by the LBCA. Costumed dogs and their humans will make their way through the Historic Ashtabula Harbor while judges recognize standout looks in five categories. Best in Show earns a grand prize of a complimentary night at the pet-friendly Riverbend Hotel in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor. The day begins with on-site registration for parade participants in the Goodwill grassy lot across from the Goodwill store. After registration closes, participants line up for the procession, then the parade steps off and concludes with an awards presentation back at the Goodwill grassy lot. The route starts at the registration area, continues along Henry Street, turns right onto Goodwill Drive, then left onto Bridge Street, and finishes at Franklin and Bridge. Registration is required to march and to compete, and entry numbers are provided to registrants. Pricing is $10 per dog for pre-registration and $15 per dog on the day of the event, with a maximum of three dogs per registrant and a limit of 100 dogs overall. Humans may attend at no charge. Proceeds support Walking With Memphis Dog Rescue in Ashtabula and the ACAPL, and a liability waiver must be signed on the day of the parade. All dogs must be on non-retractable leashes no longer than six feet, wear ID tags, and be current on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. No aggressive dogs, no dogs in heat, and no puppies under four months old or without vaccinations are permitted. Costumes should be safe and comfortable for pets, and owners are expected to clean up after their dogs. The LBCA may remove any participant whose costume or conduct violates event rules or family-friendly standards. Owners must promptly remove dogs at the first sign of aggression and are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets.
