At Peddlers Flea Market, treasure seekers can hunt for finds, sell goods, or trade with others. Vendor spaces are offered indoors and outdoors all year, with prices starting at $20.

Tailgate number three of the season brings the Bengal Bomb Squad together for a family friendly pregame around the Titans at Bengals matchup. The crew is set up at their new home in the HILLTOP lot, easy to spot with four flagpoles towering over 20 feet and a 25 foot inflatable tiger tail. It is a potluck style celebration, so the game day menu grows with dishes shared by attendees. Skyline will be on site offering free coneys. Expect Bengal Bombs at the top of each hour, appearances by superfans, trading cards, a charity raffle, and a welcoming community that is open to all. There will be plenty of beer, music, cornhole, beer pong and flip cup, plus pudding shots and more. Proceeds raised during the Who Dey party support Mission 22, benefiting Veterans and families and helping to prevent Veteran suicide.

A vintage train on the Lebanon Mason Monroe Railroad travels through the heart of Historic Warren County for a Trick or Treat Train experience filled with Halloween fun. Costumes are welcome, and riders can collect treats during the journey by saying Trick or Treat. The round trip lasts an hour and fifteen minutes, and a character meet and greet follows the ride with Anna, Elsa, Jack and Sally Skellington, and Spider Man and Ghost-Spider. Presented with the Fairy Godmother events, the experience also includes fun fall and Halloween themed tattoos.

Every Sunday, the Columbus Museum of Art offers free general admission through support from Art Bridges Foundation’s Access for All and donors to the Free for the Future Campaign. Entry to special exhibitions is included, so you can wander the Walter Wing, collaborate on a gallery puzzle, and share the experience with friends and family. This weekly Pokémon open play offers a relaxed space for casual matches. Bring a deck and practice at your own pace in a family friendly environment where children are welcome. A day of heritage inspired expression invites families and friends to explore intergenerational storytelling, spoken word, poetry, folk music, personal reflection, and both visual and traditional folk arts. Stories rooted in natural and cultural home places weave connections that spark curiosity, empathy, and creativity. The program blends emerging voices with acclaimed artists, featuring regional authors Shelly Chatterelli, author of Knowin' Sugar, and Bonnie Proudfoot, author of Incomer. Performers and presenters include Pauletta Hansel, Dick Hague, Sherry Cook Stanforth, Zinnia (Zeda Stew) Stewart, and Silvia McClamrock, with live art by Froggie Leman of Magik Awakening and folk music from Whistle Stop and Tangled Roots. Members of the UACC Place Keepers artist collective also participate. A creative writing workshop titled “Home on Earth” Poetry and Flash Memoir, led by Bonnie Proudfoot and Sherry Cook Stanforth, is followed by a reception with tastings of heritage foods, live arts, cultural and book tables, and relaxed conversation. The day culminates in an expressive arts showcase highlighting new and established talent. Registration details include a $25 fee for the creative writing workshop. Showcase admission offers low cost adult tickets and free entry for anyone 18 and under, with advance adult tickets available for $5 and door admission at $7. Hosted by Carnegie Artist in Residence Sherry Cook Stanforth, with support from the Urban Appalachian Community Coalition in partnership with Originary Arts Initiative and the Carnegie Center of Columbia Tusculum. The gathering offers opportunities to connect with Urban Appalachian community artists and cultural leaders.

Chipmunks spend the fall hustling to collect nuts and tuck them underground for winter meals. During this Toddler Trek, young children and their caregivers will imagine life as a chipmunk, scurry and stash like the real thing, and use playful role play to learn how these small animals make it through the cold season. Created for children ages 2 to 6 with a responsible grown up, this program invites little naturalists to explore and build a sense of wonder about the nature all around them. Homeschoolers can learn to build a debris hut while helping remove invasive honeysuckle, which will be used to cover the huts and support the survival of native plants. The huts will be taken down after the program, and the area will be left as it was. This outdoor, drop-in program features stations with educational activities and takes place rain or shine, so dress for the weather and be prepared for the possibility of getting muddy. At least one adult must accompany each homeschool group. No registration is required, and walk-ins are welcome.

Enjoy public skating with a Tuesday special: admission is $10 for two people or $6 for one person. Skate rentals are $6.

Fruity Tales is a VeggieTales-inspired drag show hosted by The Lady Perez, featuring a cast of performers and a special storytime reading. The show benefits LOVEboldly, and a ticket is required for admission.

Enjoy a gentle, 30-minute nature walk designed for toddlers and their caregivers at Koogler Wetland / Prairie Reserve. Part of a monthly series that explores different parks, this outing encourages curiosity through simple nature discoveries, fresh air, and easy movement. It helps little legs grow comfortable on the trail while building a positive connection with the outdoors. Children also have a chance to interact with peers and make new friends. No advance registration is required, and drop-ins are welcome.

Enjoy creative playtime designed especially for children ages 2 to 6 and their parents or caregivers. Hands-on art activities introduce young visitors to artist Sheida Soleimani and inspire them to make their own artwork, followed by kid-friendly yoga. Admission is free for members and for families with a valid SNAP or EBT food assistance card. For nonmembers, admission is $5 per child.

Ohio State Buckeyes Football takes on Oregon Ducks Football at Ohio Stadium. Children under 2 are admitted free but must sit on an adult’s lap. Bags are generally not permitted, with exceptions for medical bags, diaper bags, and clutches no larger than 8 x 5 x 1 inches. Guests carrying permitted bags must use designated entrances for screening.

A 5K timed run and untimed walk supporting colorectal cancer awareness. Colorectal cancer patients and survivors can register for free. The program also includes a kids’ fun run, an opening ceremony with team awards, and a closing ceremony with runner awards.

Designed for current eighth-grade girls, this course helps students prepare for the High School Placement Test by reviewing math and language arts content, learning test-taking strategies, and becoming familiar with the test format. Students will build confidence as they work through practice questions. The focus is on strategies rather than specific test material, which students are learning at school. The course fee includes all necessary materials and a pizza lunch.

Climb aboard a vintage train for a fairy tale journey through the heart of Historic Warren County. The Princess Express welcomes a royal cast of characters and features a collaboration with The Fairy Godmother Events to bring beloved princesses to Lebanon for meet and greets, sing along storytime performances, and photo opportunities for fans of all ages. For an added touch of sparkle, an optional VIP Experience is available before departure that offers a princess-worthy makeover in The Fairy Godmother’s Character Carriage. Make lasting memories on this whimsical rail adventure.

Explore creative thinking through hands-on experimentation with a wide range of materials and supplies. Monthly themes draw inspiration from special exhibitions and art on view, inviting visitors of all ages to think and make like artists. The first Saturday session each month is reserved for members, and a quieter hour is intended to offer a calmer experience for visitors with sensory sensitivities.

Sibshops is a nationally acclaimed program for children ages 8 to 12 who have a brother or sister with special needs. Participants can connect with peers who understand their experiences and enjoy activities together, with support from Cincinnati Children’s professionals and volunteers. Each session celebrates the contributions of siblings and recognizes that their experiences can include a mix of feelings. Lunch and snacks are included, and the program concludes with a special certificate presentation. Registration is required, and the cost is $10 per child.

Families can explore the percussion family up close, discover what makes these instruments fascinating, and enjoy music in a variety of styles. Designed for children ages two to six, this interactive program offers a lively introduction to classical music, with plenty of opportunities to feel the beat and move around.

Celebrate before FC Cincinnati home games with music, vendors, food trucks, inflatable soccer games, and an inflatable FC Cincinnati slide. Seating is available throughout the park, and children and dogs are welcome. The season’s themed gatherings include Home Opener, Kids’ Day, Pride, AAPI, Kick Cancer, Salute to Service, Black Heritage, Noche Latina, Hell is Real, Halloween, and Fan Appreciation. Colony Cats volunteers will be at Petco Lennox Town Center to help potential adopters meet adoptable cats and kittens. Volunteers will assist with introductions to the animals in a friendly setting.

Colony Cats (& dogs) will have cats and kittens available for adoption at Petco Upper Arlington. The cats are tested for FIV and FeLV, vaccinated, microchipped, spayed or neutered, and dewormed. Adoptions require an approved application.

Children ages 2–12 can score a Cyclones sublimated jersey featuring the mascot Twister.
