Recognized as the country’s largest event of its kind, it features interactive demo rides, the latest bikes and trikes, adaptive cycling solutions, and new gear from across the industry. Attendees can try adaptive trikes and handcycles, high performance recumbents, and velomobiles, then head out for group rides on scenic trails. Workshops led by experts help participants test, learn, and pinpoint the setup that fits their needs and goals. A welcoming community runs through it all, highlighting a shared belief that cycling should be accessible, enjoyable, and transformative for everyone. The experience brings people together to ride, learn, and connect.

Sara Evans takes the stage at Cherrybend Pheasant Farm for a concert dedicated to honoring combat veterans as part of Operation Cherrybend Veteran Retreat Week. As the only public event of the outreach, it blends live music with community activities, including food trucks, a Nashville singer songwriter round, and both live and silent auctions. The focus is on celebrating and recognizing those who served. Sponsors include ATSG, Fayette Co. Whitetails, and Spreading Antlers #797. Due to the venue size, ticket availability is limited.

9Lincoln hosts its third annual car show with $10 vehicle registration and free general admission. The day features food trucks, vendors, awards, raffles, a 50/50, and live music by American Backbone. 9Lincoln is a nonprofit in Harlan Township that supports Harlan Township Fire Department personnel, their families, auxiliary members, and the wider community. Fundraisers organized by the group include the Jeep Meet, Egg My Yard, a cornhole tournament, and this car show. Money raised helps make community programs possible, including the Easter Egg Hunt at Whitacre Park, Trunk or Treat and Candy Cane Christmas at HTFD, annual school supply donations, and adopting families for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Last year, the organization awarded two $500 scholarships, one for LM and one for Goshen. 9Lincoln also assists fire victims in Harlan Township when needed and provides meals during fire runs and trainings, with plans to grow its outreach.

A Compassion Wilmington Food Pantry giveaway provides food to Clinton County residents. All county residents are eligible, and an ID is required to verify address.

Bring the family to Caesars Ford Park for the Caesar Ford Ranger Classic, a free community gathering centered around a car show. Explore a lineup of vehicles, enjoy music and food, and take in additional activities throughout the day. You do not need to own a classic car to participate or enjoy the experience. The program features participant registration, vehicle judging, and an awards presentation.

A second annual fall barn gathering brings friends, families, and horse lovers together for a relaxed day at the barn. Food will be available, and guests are welcome to contribute a dish to share. Drinks are provided as well, or attendees can bring their own labeled cooler. Look for lighthearted games with the horses and music playing throughout the day, then wind down around a bonfire in the evening. Bringing a favorite lawn chair and a hearty appetite is recommended for a comfortable, memory-filled experience.

TinCap Hard Cider hosts an evening of line dancing with Aaron on the patio in Wilmington. The night includes guided lessons and instruction, welcoming first timers as well as experienced dancers. Enjoy dancing, drinks, and a fun atmosphere with friends and family. This event is part of a summer line dance series at the venue. There is no cover or door charge.

Billy "Crash" Craddock brings his energetic blend of country and rockabilly to Keepin' It Country Farm, with the Richard Lynch Band also performing. Known to fans as the King of Country Rock Music and Mr. Country Rock, he first broke through in Australia with rockabilly hits like Boom Boom Baby and One Last Kiss, then found U.S. country success in the 1970s with singles including Rub It In, Broken Down in Tiny Pieces, and Ruby Baby. Career milestones include singing on the Grand Ole Opry, donating memorabilia to the Country Music Hall of Fame, and touring to sold-out crowds around the world. He notes that he has a good time when the audience does, and his shows reflect that spirit.

A screening of Ohio: Wild at Heart at Ceasars Ford Park presents a 40-minute film showcasing Ohio’s natural beauty with IMAX visuals. Viewers virtually explore more than 25 parks, nature preserves, and wildlife areas while learning about the successful restoration of habitats and the return of wildlife such as bald eagles and trumpeter swans. Produced in partnership with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, the film blends an uplifting story with striking imagery that appeals to families. Admission is free, but tickets are required and seating is limited. Please register each attendee to receive the correct number of tickets, and reserve only what you plan to use. Each ticket includes a seat, and popcorn and drinks will be available while supplies last.

Celebrate Pirate Weekend at the Ohio Renaissance Festival with a casual meetup hosted by The Autonomy Project. Spend the day enjoying festival shows, sipping mead, feasting on turkey legs, and soaking up the lively atmosphere of the faire. A group photo is planned at the pirate ship for anyone who wants a keepsake. Attendees are responsible for their own tickets, transportation, parking, and any other expenses, and purchasing tickets in advance is recommended since entry may be limited on certain days. Safely clear out hazardous items from your home at a dedicated drop-off at Greene County Environmental Services. The collection is organized to help you dispose of materials safely and responsibly. Accepted items include acids and household cleaners, aerosol spray cans, antifreeze, herbicides and pesticides, putty and adhesives, stains, varnishes and paint thinner, oil-based paints, and fuels with a maximum of 5 gallons. Items not accepted include motor oil, electronics, small household appliances, computers and accessories, televisions, pharmaceuticals, ammunition, and explosives.

Scouts BSA Troop 999 is hosted by First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Wilmington, Ohio. The troop focuses on developing character, leadership, service, and practical outdoor skills in a safe and welcoming setting. Youth learn through hands-on experiences such as camping, hiking, and community service that build confidence, responsibility, and teamwork. Whether new to Scouting or progressing toward Eagle, participants can find opportunities for growth, friendship, and adventure. Visitors are welcome to observe and learn more about the program.
