The 53rd Annual Greek Food Festival celebrates a long-running Birmingham tradition with an abundance of homemade Greek cuisine prepared and served by parishioners. Guests can enjoy Greek music, lively dancing, and a welcoming atmosphere that treats everyone like family, with performers of all ages appearing throughout the weekend. The open-air setting offers free admission and tented seating for dining. Plates are individually priced, pastries are prepackaged and sold in the food lines, and beverages include Coca Cola products along with Greek beer and wines. Since 1972 the festival has contributed more than $3 million to charitable causes, with beneficiaries including Food For Our Journey, Life on Wheels Birmingham, and The Foundry Ministries. The 2026 Ohio Fall Rally unfolds at the Cowan Lake campground, with check in at site 38 beginning Thursday afternoon. That site will also host evening campfires on Thursday and Friday, and snacks to share are welcome. Morning coffee is planned at site 38 on Friday and Saturday, with two coffee pots and a thermos dispenser available. Friday afternoon at the shelterhouse features a hands on session covering pop rivet basics along with a casual birds of a feather discussion on miscellaneous topics. An off site dinner is planned for Friday, and details will be confirmed closer to the event. On Saturday morning, participants may put out a table at their campsite to make camping related garage items available, keeping in mind that transacting business in an Ohio state park is not permitted. Saturday also includes Sticky 13s Bingo at the shelterhouse, played with provided playing cards, and bringing six or seven dollars is suggested.
