Upon arrival, check in at the registration table in the large, fully fenced walking yard behind the building. Wear comfortable, sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. This is a family friendly opportunity, with the primary dog walker required to be at least 18 years old. This activity is for shelter dogs only. Owned pets should remain at home unless a meet and greet is scheduled for a potential adoption. Those interested in fostering or adopting can speak with staff to learn more. Bringing a camera is encouraged for photos of adoptable dogs, and posts can include the hashtag #FCDSAdoptables. Donations of dog treats are especially appreciated.
