The Northeastern Oklahoma Region SCCA hosts a weekend of autocross with a double-header featuring Events 9 and 10 of the 2026 season at Davis Field in Muskogee. SCCA members pay 40 dollars for one day or 70 dollars for the full weekend. Non-members are 60 dollars for a single day or 90 dollars for both days, and that includes a Weekend Membership. Each driver is guaranteed at least six runs, with eight runs typical. Free fun runs are planned after the first day’s competition. A trophy presentation will take place once the final runs of the weekend are complete. Be sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen.

Community Flow offers an all-level practice designed to gently awaken the body, steady the breath, and foster a deeper sense of connection. Led by Leta Willcox, a Certified Yoga Therapist with The International Association of Yoga Therapists through training with Susi Hately and Functional Synergy, and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, the class invites you to move with awareness, build strength, and find ease exactly as you are. Leta teaches a variety of asana styles and specializes in Yoga Therapy, working one on one or in small groups. Open to the public. Walk-ins are welcome, though reserving in advance is recommended as space is limited. Yoga mats and props are available, and personal gear is welcome. Registration includes a complimentary swim at Brut Hotel following class, so feel free to bring a swimsuit. In the event of inclement weather, the session will not be canceled, it will move indoors to the Juniper Room at 1820 Spa. A weekly live music series features guitarist and singer Don Wright. Active since 1975, he performs across rock and roll, country, and blues. He founded and previously led the Decatur Illinois Blues Society, where he built community by organizing blues jams, teaching blues in schools, and coordinating family festivals and competitions. His credentials include judging events in Decatur, Champaign, and St. Louis, along with five years on the panel at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis. He also supports fellow performers by hosting open mics in the Tulsa area. The Broken Arrow Intertribal Veterans Association presents its fifth annual benefit powwow in partnership with Broken Arrow Public Schools, a day devoted to honoring Native veterans, sharing culture, and building community at the Broken Arrow Public Schools Event Center. The program includes gourd dancing, a Grand Entry, and contests and intertribals. Admission is free and open to the public. Expect traditional food, arts and crafts vendors, 50/50 drawings and raffles, and tributes to veterans throughout the event. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Depot Green in Downtown Muskogee sets the stage for a glow-themed run that invites participants to shine. Proceeds support Gospel Rescue Mission, helping fund programs in Muskogee County that include felony reintegration, addiction recovery, job skills training, and other services for individuals and families in crisis.

At LowDown, the Mike Cameron Collective presents a spirited tribute to the music of Miles Davis and John Coltrane with fresh arrangements and creative reinterpretations. The lineup features Mike Cameron on saxophone, Gary Adolph on trumpet, Mitch Bell on guitar, Scott McQuade on piano, Dean Demerritt on bass, and Jared Johnson on drums. This concert is open to all ages. Led by Tulsa-based saxophonist, composer, and educator Mike Cameron, whose work spans many musical genres, the ensemble draws on experience that includes performances with The Tulsa Symphony, Ethan Iverson, The Count Basie Orchestra, The Temptations, and Frank Sinatra, Jr.

A guided, freeform dance session led by Stephanie, built around a playlist that inspires movement. Music is already playing as participants arrive, offering a moment to settle in before a curated flow that moves from high energy into release and playfulness, then softens and returns to a grounded close. There is no set choreography and no single correct way to participate. Dance, stretch, sweat, shake, sing along, rest, stay close to the floor, or simply do very little. The music sets the arc and each person chooses how to move. The space is designed to be focused and respectful. The dance floor is quiet and free of phones and cameras, and street shoes are not permitted. Seek explicit consent before engaging with others, wait for a clear yes, and honor a no immediately. No prior dance experience is required. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing. Capacity is limited to 20. Pricing is community supported, with each participant choosing a rate that fits, and the experience is the same for everyone.

Hangar Pinball’s October Best Game Hybrid at Magoo’s features a six-game, best-game format. Register with Eric upon arrival and include the $1 IFPA fee. Each player gets one tournament entry with up to 24 total tries across the six machines, and the two highest scores on each machine are the ones that count. There are no re-buys. No practice is allowed during the qualifying windows or immediately before playoffs. The playoff bracket depends on turnout. With 48 entrants, 24 advance and the top eight receive a bye. With 32, the top 16 advance with no byes. With 24, the top 12 advance and the top four receive a bye. Playoff rounds are three games using 4-2-1-0 scoring. Higher seeds choose either the game or player position, and that position applies for all three games. Top seeds may not pick the same game again in later rounds. The game list will be announced one week prior, and each machine will have a note on the back glass describing any setup changes.

The Tulsa Buddy Walk is a quarter mile fundraising walk that encourages understanding and acceptance of people with Down syndrome. Families and friends create teams and walk together to support their Buddy with Down syndrome in a welcoming, family friendly setting.
