No practice is allowed during the qualifying windows or immediately before playoffs. The playoff bracket depends on turnout. With 48 entrants, 24 advance and the top eight receive a bye. With 32, the top 16 advance with no byes. With 24, the top 12 advance and the top four receive a bye. Playoff rounds are three games using 4-2-1-0 scoring. Higher seeds choose either the game or player position, and that position applies for all three games. Top seeds may not pick the same game again in later rounds. The game list will be announced one week prior, and each machine will have a note on the back glass describing any setup changes.
