    Free

The Haunted Hallows Festival returns to Naval Heritage Park with a larger, wilder celebration that remains completely free to attend. Now in its third year, this family-centered fall gathering fills the park with creativity, costumes, music, and a strong sense of community. Admission costs nothing, the games are free, and no tickets are needed. Families will find a lively Children’s Games Zone filled with hands-on activities and interactive challenges, plus a Festival Passport Program where participants collect stamps from characters and themed stops to complete a playful quest. Face painting, roaming characters, and nonstop action keep young festivalgoers engaged from start to finish. The main stage spotlights laugh-out-loud contests that invite big personalities and audience cheers, including Best Werewolf Howl, Best Witchy Cackle, and Loudest Maniacal Laugh, along with other spirited surprises. Shoppers can explore the ever-growing Vendor Village featuring artisans, makers, and one-of-a-kind finds, while the Food Truck Court serves local favorites and classic festival treats. The only costs are for food and anything you choose to bring home, everything else is free. Debuting this year, the Teen Arena delivers fast-paced, competitive fun designed for middle and high school energy levels, blending brainpower, speed, and strength in a high-energy space. Costumes are strongly encouraged, whether you go theatrical or keep it subtly spooky. Created to foster inclusion, community pride, and family connection without financial barriers, this one-night-only festival is back at Naval Heritage Park and ready for a full evening of free-to-enjoy festivities.
