Arlington Aquatics presents a BTS themed swim night at Randol Mill Family Aquatic Center in celebration of the BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG coming to AT&T Stadium. Enjoy a poolside playlist of BTS tracks with fellow fans, and bring your BTS photo cards to trade with other attendees. Admission is $8 per person, and guests 12 months and under are free.

Designed for women, this class at Metroplex Women’s Clinic Southwest, Judi Martin Training Center includes complimentary dinner, games, and gifts. Topics cover single parenting, effective communication with a co-parent, planning for holidays and special occasions, critical issues related to parenting on your own, dating or marriage, and available community resources. Participants receive a gift basket and a $15 certificate redeemable at Arlington ReSale or Arlington ReSale Too. Gift basket and certificate are available for pickup for seven days following the class.

Kick off the Underworld Fall Session with a first practice that builds the foundation for roller derby. Participants will grow skating skills, confidence, and connections while exploring paths to compete, officiate, volunteer, or simply try something new. Open to everyone ages 7 and up and welcoming all genders, all experience levels, and all backgrounds. Expect a focus on essentials like balance and skating technique, safe ways to fall and stop, agility and endurance, core derby concepts, and teamwork and communication that translate to confidence on the track. Coaching comes from experienced Dallas Derby Devils skaters and officials in a supportive environment where questions are encouraged and progress is celebrated. No one is expected to have it all figured out on day one. Underworld centers on community, offering a place to meet people who will cheer you on and help you improve, with a shared belief that roller derby is for everyone. Meta TCG hosts a Pokémon Standard Format tournament that includes participants of all ages. It is a welcoming setting for both newcomers and experienced players, and a pack is awarded for each win. No pre-registration is required, but a Pokémon Player ID is needed to take part. Only adult players are shown on the shop’s social channels. The store also buys bulk and Pokémon singles for anyone with extra cards.
