The route is a 4.4-mile loop that uses only the cart paths, providing a smooth, consistent surface for steady nighttime miles. The atmosphere is intentionally simple and relaxed. Laps are tracked the old fashioned way, with participants calling out bib numbers to be recorded each time they complete a circuit. A well supplied aid station will be available, with mainly pre-packaged items due to the location. Self crewing is straightforward, since the loop brings participants past their vehicles every lap, allowing them to access supplies directly from their cars. The setup works well for those seeking night running experience and for experienced athletes preparing for a major fall race.

Opera in Williamsburg brings Hector Armienta’s Zorro! to Kimball Theatre, marking the work’s first presentation on the East Coast.
