Acu-Wellness Clinic at Legacy of the Rose

29 Middlebrook Ave, Staunton · verified Sep 6
    Free

Find a calm reset at a community Acu-Wellness clinic featuring the NADA Protocol, a gentle style of ear acupuncture that places as many as five tiny, sterile needles at specific points on the ear. Sessions unfold in a quiet group environment where participants rest comfortably for about 30 to 45 minutes while the needles remain in place, and there is no need for conversation during the experience. Many people notice a steadier mood, a greater sense of grounding, and an improved capacity to handle stress. Benefits may include more balanced emotions, better sleep, clearer focus, support for recovery and overall wellness, reduced overwhelm, and a more regulated nervous system. This method has been used around the world in behavioral health and recovery settings, disaster response, and community wellness to encourage relaxation and resilience. The service is currently free while certification is being completed. After certification it will transition to a donation-based offering with a suggested contribution of 5 to 20 dollars. No previous experience is required. For a smoother visit, plan to eat beforehand, wear comfortable clothing, and arrive a bit early to settle in. Ear seeds may be offered, when appropriate, for those who prefer a needle-free option. This wellness support does not replace medical or mental health care.
