Set in downtown Port Angeles with a central hub at Pebble Beach Park along the waterfront, this four-stage multi-sport race welcomes competitors to go solo in the Iron Division or team up for a relay. All transitions happen at the same location, which keeps the action together and creates a lively, daylong atmosphere. The course opens with a 15 mile mountain bike ride in the foothills above Port Angeles, featuring about 10 miles on trail followed by 5 miles of paved downhill back to the race hub for the kayak transition. Paddlers then take on a 2.6 mile route in Port Angeles Harbor. Next comes a 30 mile road ride heading west from town that crosses the Elwha River, visits Freshwater Bay, and travels the lower sections of Kelly Ridge on Dan Kelly and Eden Valley Roads. The finale is a 10K run on the Olympic Discovery Trail along the waterfront with an out and back format.

Entry is $10 for a Summoner Skirmish built for competitive-minded players who want more than casual meetups, with meaningful stakes, exclusive rewards, and a clear route toward higher-level play. Matches are 1v1 Constructed and played best of three using Swiss rounds. If turnout is fewer than eight players, the event runs only Swiss with no top cut. With eight to sixteen players, a Top 4 cut follows Swiss. With seventeen or more players, the event typically advances to a Top 8. This is a competitive level event. Prize support is available while supplies last and includes participation promos for up to 32 players, top cut promos for up to 8 players, a champion promo, and a champion playmat. Players can earn multiple byes across Summoner Skirmish events, but only one bye may be used at a Regional Qualifier.

A free community lunch offers support for neighbors experiencing food insecurity or other challenges. Contributions are welcome, including a pot of hot soup, a side salad, pre-made and wrapped peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, or baked goods.
