Heart By Heart brings the music of Heart to Puyallup Pioneer Park, featuring original members Steve Fossen on bass and Michael Derosier on drums alongside vocalist Somar Macek, multi-instrumentalist Lizzy Daymont on guitar, keyboards, and vocals, and guitarist Chad Quist. Fossen and Derosier, inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with Heart in 2013, lead a set devoted to the band’s classic catalog. The show features faithful renditions of Barracuda, Straight On, Crazy On You, Magic Man, Even It Up, Heartless, Kick It Out, and more, performed as they were written and recorded.

Dirty Tribe delivers a high-energy fusion of funk, reggae, and rock aimed at getting everyone moving, with soulful grooves, catchy hooks, sizzling guitar work, and a feel-good vibe. They have performed alongside Kyle Smith, Leilani Wolfgram, Dubbest, and One Drop, building a reputation for party-starting chemistry that keeps audiences buzzing. This is an all ages event.

Launched in 2022 to celebrate the public debut of Hope Development Practice, a community mental health nonprofit, this Pride festival has grown into a recurring gathering in East Pierce County. By 2025 it reached its fourth annual edition and typically draws about 500 participants. The festival features live music, a variety of food trucks, vendors offering merchandise and community service information, and a range of activities. As the first event of its kind in rural Washington, it emphasizes openness, safety, and well informed families and communities. New this year, a no-cost ticketing and check-in process has been added to support safety. Participation includes acknowledging the importance of drag in LGBTQIA+ history and its longstanding place in theater, and recognizing that drag performances are part of the event.
