The session weaves together breathwork, gentle movement, neuro-fascial practices, guided meditation, nutrition, and a cold water immersion component to help the body shift from stress toward regulation, resilience, and trust. By the end, attendees take away practical ways to calm the nervous system, body-based practices that nourish fascia, circulation, and energy flow, a clearer understanding of hormonal and neuro-body changes, techniques for addressing hot flashes, sleep disruption, and emotional intensity, and a renewed connection to personal rhythm and embodiment. The experience is largely practice-focused, and it is a repeat of the original offering, welcoming both first-timers and returning participants. Repeated engagement deepens the modalities and supports growing nervous system capacity and somatic awareness. Crescent Moon Gifts hosts the Witchy Flea Market, an indoor yard sale devoted to second-hand magical finds from community members. Shoppers can browse gently used tools, books, tarot and oracle decks, altar pieces, statuary, clothing, and household items, all ready for a new home. There is no admission fee. Sellers may bring personal, pre-loved items only. Retail inventory, reselling, and services are not permitted, and food items or live animals are not allowed. Offerings should be primarily witchy or of interest to the pagan community, with a few everyday items welcome. If an item’s suitability is uncertain, questions are encouraged. Booth spaces measure 6 by 6 feet and cost $20, each including one 6-foot table and one chair. Space is limited and assigned in the order requests are received, with a maximum of two booths per person.
