A Recovery Circle highlights every step of the recovery journey, from the first day to many decades. Free temporary tattoos, photo opportunities, refreshments, and more will be available. With strong community backing since 2016, NOMA has grown from a grassroots effort into a robust nonprofit dedicated to reducing stigma and strengthening the recovery community.
