No Boundaries is an eight week, beginner friendly 5K program created for people who are new to running or walking, including those who have been inactive. It is nationally organized and recognized, sponsored by New Balance, and offered at Fleet Feet stores across the country. While it focuses on beginners, all walkers and runners are welcome, and the program is inclusive of every shape, size, and speed. This session is for the Madison PM group only. Advanced runners aim for six 1K repeats with a 400 meter jog float at about 75 percent effort between intervals, with the final reps providing the toughest push. Expect a focused workout that rewards consistency, good pacing, and a proper warmup.
