A competitive stone skipping event with separate divisions for men, women, and youth. The entry fee for competitors is $10, and spectator admission is free. Attendees may bring lawn chairs and coolers, with glass containers prohibited. Event shirts will be available for purchase, and all net proceeds will benefit a local food pantry.

Focused on caregivers of people living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias, this free, monthly Brunch and Learn in Little Rock features brunch and a presentation led by a local professional. Community professionals are welcome to attend. The session includes time for questions about dementia and additional topics that affect older adults.

This no cost educational session welcomes families, friends, and unpaid caregivers who support someone living with Alzheimer’s, other dementias, or chronic health conditions. Adults 60 and older who are managing ongoing health challenges are also invited.
