Over the past 14 years the event has directed more than $405,000 to cancer research and patient care in the valley. Race day prices are as follows: the 8K is $50, the 5K is $45, and the walk is $30. Cash and credit are accepted on race day, and participation is capped at 500. The course is friendly for strollers, wheelchairs, and walkers, and pets are not permitted on the golf course. Every participant receives a custom medal and a performance T-shirt, along with light refreshments before and after the race including items like granola bars, fruit, water, and sports drinks.
