A community cleanup at the Rio de Flag focuses on caring for the local watershed. Participants work together to collect trash and remove fallen branches and brush along the river corridor, improving the health and appearance of this important waterway. It offers a simple way to spend time outdoors while contributing to a cleaner, healthier stream.

The 12th Annual VOC Community BBQ brings the Village of Oak Creek together for an afternoon of food, live music, and activities. Damian, Danielle, and Andrew invite the community to enjoy free barbecue and complimentary Rocky RD ice cream, with a performance by Sugar Moon. Expect group pickleball and kid friendly attractions, including a bouncy house and an obstacle course. Making its debut this year, a dunk tank offers a chance to dunk participating sponsors and organizers. This free community gathering is supported by local sponsors.

It spotlights bands from Flagstaff and raises funds and awareness for the Haven Walker Music Scholarship Fund.
