Phenomenon Concerts presents a night at the historic Orpheum Theater in downtown Flagstaff featuring Hail The Sun with A Lot Like Birds, Blight Town, and Murals. This all-ages show centers on Hail The Sun, a Chico, California band formed in 2009 whose songs pair dynamic musicianship with deep self-examination. Their seventh album, cut. turn. fade. back, contemplates the full sweep of life and engages with difficult themes that include military violence, humanitarian crises, addiction, lost love, and death. The lineup features vocalist Donovan Melero, guitarists Shane Gann and Aric Garcia, bassist John Stirrat, and drummer Allen Casillas. The venue enforces a clear bag policy allowing clear stadium bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches or a gallon-size clear zip bag. Small wristlets up to 4 by 6 by 1 inch are allowed, and diaper or medical bags are permitted and subject to search. Other bags are not allowed and there is no bag storage. A full bar and concessions are available, and outside food or beverages are not permitted. Empty, soft, clear water bottles may be brought inside, while metal or hard plastic bottles are not allowed. Re-entry is generally not permitted unless noted by the show. On-site parking is not available. Ticket prices are the same at the box office and online.
