RI boys and girls born in 2014 or 2015 can demonstrate their skills for an opportunity to attend Futures Camp. This tryout serves as a showcase of talent. Participation in both tryout sessions is mandatory.

Auditions for Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike will be held at the Stadium Theatre Performing Arts Centre & Conservatory in Woonsocket, RI. The play follows siblings Vanya and Sonia, who share a quiet life in their Pennsylvania family home while caring for their parents. Their routine is upended when their movie star sister, Masha, arrives with her younger partner, Spike, and announces she plans to sell the house where they grew up. What follows is a whirlwind of rivalry, long-held regrets, and uproarious moments in a play that has earned multiple awards. Auditions take place on two dates with callbacks to follow. Mutiny and East Coast Ravers return with the sixth edition of Tropical Dreams, a hotel festival spanning an entire weekend and centered on underground dance music. Styles include house, drum and bass, trance, breaks, techno, bass music, hardcore and hardstyle, spread across five distinct themed stages inside a large hotel complex for a full takeover atmosphere. The upcoming lineup is still being finalized, with plans to welcome favorite headliners from past years and aim for one of the strongest rosters yet. Previous editions have featured a diverse group of rave legends. Organizers report that onsite rooms, as well as early bird and tier 1 tickets, sold out in under seven hours, and that nearby lodging is filling quickly.
