Expect a Stars Hollow style hangout for friends and families, and in true diner spirit, keep phones off the counter while the food and fun take the spotlight. Pancakes are served first, lunch follows, and later in the day trivia adds a friendly challenge with limited seating. A ticket is required to participate in trivia, which includes the quiz, a prize for the winner, and a Gilmore Girls themed wagon ride tour hosted by a Taylor Doose style guide.
